FACTORY / EQUIPMENT SHOWCASE

The company operates a Panasonic-certified factory located in Pingshan, Shenzhen, with a total production area of approximately 5,000 ㎡. A Class 100,000 clean workshop was newly built and put into operation in 2024. It serves as an independent production and assembly line for medical-grade batteries, rigorously meeting the cleanliness requirements for medical device manufacturing.

For battery testing, we are capable of conducting a full suite of routine performance and safety tests for primary lithium batteries and rechargeable lithium batteries:

  • Capacity and internal resistance tests to verify basic cell performance;

  • Standard charge-discharge cycle tests to evaluate the service life of rechargeable lithium batteries;

  • High & low-temperature discharge, self-discharge and charge retention tests to validate performance under various operating and storage conditions;

  • Basic safety tests including overcharge and short-circuit tests, leakage inspection, together with appearance and dimension checks, to fully control battery quality.
